All products on HalalHub are either certified halal by recognized authorities or self-declared halal by verified sellers. Look for the green 'Certified Halal' badge for certified products or the teal 'Self-Declared' badge for seller-declared products.
Simply browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in to complete your purchase.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.
Sellers
Click 'Start Selling' and complete our seller onboarding process. You'll need to provide business information and halal certification documents (if certified) or submit a self-declaration.
HalalHub charges a 10% commission on each sale. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Once an order is delivered and confirmed, funds are released to your connected bank account.
We accept certifications from recognized halal certification bodies worldwide. Contact us if you're unsure about your certification.
Orders & Shipping
Shipping times vary by seller and location. Each product listing shows estimated delivery times. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
You can cancel an order before it's shipped. Go to your Orders page and click 'Cancel Order'. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and request a return.
Contact us immediately through the dispute system. Take photos of the damage and we'll work with the seller to resolve the issue.
Shipping availability depends on individual sellers. Check the product page for shipping destinations.
Returns & Refunds
Most sellers accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened items. Perishable goods may have different policies - check the product listing.
Open a dispute through your order page. Our team will review your case and facilitate a resolution between you and the seller.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank.
