2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The product significantly differs from the listing description
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is not halal as advertised
- The order never arrived
Note: Perishable food items may have different return policies. Check the product listing for specific terms.
3. Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for non-perishable items. For perishable items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Go to your Orders page in your account
- Select the order and click "Open Dispute"
- Provide details and photos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we'll process your refund

6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to seller error or defective product, the seller pays return shipping

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened perishable food items (unless defective)
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
